The Toshiba mini NB205 comes with an Intel Atom N280 processor and 1GB of RAM. It also has a 10.1-inch LED backlit monitor, built-in wifi and all of the other netbook goodies. The only weak point on this netbook is that it only includes a mono speaker so the sound is not very good. Plug in headphones, though and this problem goes away. Here are the full specs:

With the speaker being the only weak point this is a very nice netbook. It has the newer N280 processor which is faster and more energy efficient than the N270 in most netbooks, and it has a very long battery life of up to 9 hours. The display is the usual LED backlit 1024×600 with a glossy finish.
A commonly overlooked feature on the Toshiba are the very large buttons on the trackpad which is very nice compared to the usual 1/8″ thick sliver of a button on most netbooks. Also the left and right buttons are seperated instead of being joined like most others which makes them that much easier to click.
