Samsung officially debuted their new Galaxy Tab yesterday and it looks pretty nice. Here are the full specs:
- processor: Cortex A8 1GHz
- display: 7″ 1024×600 capacitive multitouch
- OS: Android 2.2 Froyo
- 802.11n Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth 3.0
- full quad-band GDSM/EDGE and tri-band 900/1900/2100 7.2Mbps HSDPA (no AT&T for now)
- 3 megapixel camera on the back with a flash and auto-focus, and a 1.3 megapixel user-facing camera
- accelerometer
- 32GB of internal memory, up to 32GB with microSD, 512MB of RAM
What’s nice is that it included Android 2.2 right out of the box so there’s full flash support.
It looks like it might give the old iPad a run for it’s money when it’s available.
No price was announced but look for it to be slightly cheaper than the iPad.
