All of the new netbook that ship with Windows 7 have reduced features including no Aero effects, inability to change desktop background, no multiple monitor support, no Windows media player, etc. Well starting April 4th and ending July 3rd there is a special running with certain retailers to upgrade your Windows 7 starter to Home Premium for only $49.
If you’ve been on the fence about this one this will be the time to do it. Of course if you just want to change the desktop background then you can do this for free.
