The HP Mini 5102 is a very nice netbook, and it’s available from $399 from HP. One interesting option that they have is to add on a capacitive touchscreen display, but it ends up costing $633. So is it worth an extra $233 for a capacitive touchscreen on the 5102?

JooJoo to feature Nvidia Ion and Atom N270 processor
The JooJoo tablet is going to be coming to market here in a few weeks, and before this could happen it had to be approved by the FCC. Luckily they took alot of good pictures of their teardown and put them on their website for us to see. Apparently the JooJoo is going to feature an Nvidia Ion GPU (first generation) along with an N270 processor. This means it should be able to handle most HD video, but that battery life might not be all that great (try 2-4 hours).

You can also see in the FCC filings that they both use a Gobi2000 chipset which include 3G data and GPS. We’ll have to wait and see if these are implemented, and whether or not the NB30 is a touchscreen but all will be revealed on Jan 15th at good old CES.
